Submit Your Favorite Photo

We are searching for photos of military families to use in the magazine, on the web site and for promotional material. Send your favorite pictures to the above e-mail address. By submitting your photo you are authorizing us to use it in magazine, web site and promotional material.

Recipes

If you have a recipe that you love please send it our way – we will taste test it and feature the recipe in the magazine or on the web site.

Tips and ideas

If you have an idea, tip or suggestion, please fire it our way. We are always looking for new information to pass on to our readers.

Make a Nomination

Do you know of a person or organization that is making a difference in your neighbourhood or community? Why not nominate them for our Making a Difference or CF Families Make Great Neighbours sections? Send us a brief explanation about the person or organization that you are nominating and we will get back to you for more information. 

Submit an Article

Do you have an experience or memory that will empower military families? That is why we created our Military Brats and Been There…Done That sections so our readers can share their experiences with other military families. Submit your article to us and if published we will pay you $200. Remember to keep it real – this is not a place for fiction writing.
